Jan Trewartha is the founder and principal educator at Body in Harmony. With over three decades of experience in bodywork, fascia-focused therapies, and trauma-informed practice, Jan brings a wealth of knowledge and compassionate teaching to every course she delivers.

Jan originally trained in massage, aromatherapy, energy field therapy and biomobility, before specialising in fascia-based modalities. She is an approved ScarWork teacher (teaching Sharon Wheeler’s method) and developed Body in Harmony’s unique courses in Pelvic Abdominal Scarring and Fascial Unwinding & Energy Awareness.

Jan’s teaching style is grounded, inclusive, and deeply respectful of each student’s journey. She is known for creating a safe learning space that blends clinical insight with intuitive development.
