What Is Fascial Unwinding?

Fascial unwinding is a subtle hands-on approach that allows the client’s body to reveal and release patterns of restriction, often held unconsciously in the fascial web.

Through gentle listening touch and intentional presence, you can help the body resolve physical and emotional holding patterns — supporting freedom of movement and nervous system regulation.

This course blends fascial anatomy, subtle energy awareness, and trauma-informed skills, drawing on Jan’s decades of experience working with the body’s innate intelligence.
