Practice & Consolidation Day – ScarWork CPD Workshop
Light-touch, fascia-based, CPD-accredited training by Body in Harmony.
Refine your touch, boost your confidence, and reconnect with your ScarWork practice.
This one-day hands-on CPD workshop is for therapists who’ve already trained in ScarWork and want to deepen their confidence and fluency in the work. Whether it’s been a while since you used the techniques or you simply want a day of focused practice, this session offers a supportive space to ask questions, receive feedback, and hone your skills.

What You’ll Do
This is a practice-led day focusing on identifying what each student needs and helping them to achieve it. The day is divided into a question-and-answer session, recap of theory elements, demonstration of any techniques requested by the group, and two Clinical Practice sessions working with scar models in a small group with your own teacher who will be dedicated to helping you improve your ScarWork.
The day gives you the chance to
- Refresh the foundational ScarWork techniques
- Explore variations and adaptations in response to client needs
- Receive detailed feedback on your touch, pacing, and integration from your group teacher
- Reconnect with your ScarWork training and troubleshoot any issues
- Network with other ScarWork practitioners in a safe and supportive space

About Your Instructor
Jan Trewartha has worked in her own clinic since the early 1990s, and brings her considerable experience into her love of helping students enhance their own skills. She one of the UK’s most experienced ScarWork teachers. She is the founder of Body in Harmony Training, the British Fascia Symposium and The Fascia Hub, and is committed to mentoring therapists in both skill and presence.

Insurance: This course is insurable through Balens, Holistic Insurance, BABTAC, IPTI, Graybrook Insurance Brokers, and the FHT subject to your qualifications.
Cancellation policy: Your deposit is your commitment to the course and is non-refundable. If you have paid in full but are unable to attend the course due to exceptional circumstances, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else as long as they are suitably qualified at a fee of £40. If this is not possible the Principal will look to resolve the situation in a way that is fair to the student and to the school and will if possible transfer you to another course but charge a one-off £40 administration fee. This can only be done up to four weeks before the start of the course. Please note that a minimum of eight students are required for this course to run and if your late withdrawal means the course cannot run, you will be unable to do so out of fairness to the other students. On our side, if for any reason we are forced to cancel, we will offer you a place on another course or refund 100% of all monies paid.
Covid policy: Please note – if required by government or common-sense guidelines, we will instigate precautions as needed to deal with any current virus situations. These may include masks, extra sanitising, and changes in how we run the class to reduce the number of people you are in personal contact with.
